Ofuq Responsible Action cohort at Liwan Youth Space
Ofuq · Leadership & Community Empowerment

From Responsible Action to Youth-Led Initiatives

The Challenge: Leadership training that stops at reflection rarely produces anything a participant, or their community, can point to afterward. My Role: I designed and led this stage of the Ofuq journey, building the bridge between analysis and action. The Intervention: A hands-on learning journey where participants moved from analyzing community challenges to designing their own initiatives, applying research and problem-analysis tools through Ofuq's Responsible Action station, now advancing into a six-week phase of designing and implementing youth-led community initiatives. What I Learned: Responsible Action only works as a stage if participants are handed a real problem, not a workshop exercise, one of the clearest field confirmations that Ofuq's sequencing actually holds up in practice. See the full Ofuq leadership framework behind this pillar.

Ready for Tomorrow
Liwan × ActionAid

Ready for Tomorrow

The Challenge: Young people in Jordan needed a credible path from life skills to real technical skills to actual employment, not three disconnected programs. My Role: I managed the program, coordinating delivery across life skills training, technical skills training, and employment support. The Approach: Sequence the intervention so each stage built on the last, rather than treating each as a separate initiative with its own success metric. Results: 6,800+ young people trained in life skills, 2,000+ people given technical skills training, and 700+ participants supported into employment. What I Learned: A training program's real test is what happens to a participant's actual life months later, the standard I now design every program against.

Consortium Closing & Report
Oxfam · Masarouna

Consortium Closing & Report

The Challenge: A multi-partner consortium needed its full program outcomes synthesized into a single, credible closing report that partner organizations could actually use. My Role: I facilitated the consortium's closing session and led the synthesis of all project outcomes into the final consortium report. The Approach: Treat the closing session as a working session, not a formality, using structured facilitation to surface what each partner had actually learned. Results: The consolidated findings were used by the consortium's partner organizations to shape recommendations for future joint programming. What I Learned: The most valuable output of a consortium is whether partners can act on what they learned together, which now shapes how I approach every program evaluation.
