Nine years in the field
taught me how leadership
actually gets built.
Organizational Development Consultant, Program Leader, and Leadership & Capability Development Practitioner. I have managed the programs, led the teams, and carried the budgets I now advise on. That experience became Ofuq, a leadership framework built from delivery, not theory, and it is the same approach I bring to organizations across Jordan, the region, and increasingly Saudi Arabia.
From Field Delivery
to Frameworks You Can Use
Organizational development · program leadership · leadership & capability building
Nine years of running programs across Jordan and the wider region taught me that training alone rarely changes how people actually lead. I built EvaluTrend, and Ofuq before it, out of watching that gap up close: good facilitators, solid content, real energy in the room, and very little of it showing up months later in how people led their teams. Today I work with development organizations, government-adjacent entities, and private-sector clients across the region, including a growing focus on Saudi Arabia, who want the same thing I set out to build: leadership and capability development that is field-tested before it reaches them.

A Practitioner Who Turned
Experience Into Frameworks
I did not start out trying to build a framework. I started out running programs, in rooms full of people who were being asked to lead before anyone had asked whether they understood themselves well enough to do it. Over 9+ years designing and delivering leadership, capacity-building, and organizational development programs across Jordan and the wider region, most recently as Program Manager at Liwan for Youth Development, I kept seeing the same pattern: strong training, real energy, and very little of it showing up later in how people actually behaved as leaders. That pattern is what led me to build Ofuq, and it is what still shapes how I approach every program, team, and organization I work with today.
At Liwan, I managed multi-partner programs and budgets exceeding USD 2M alongside organizations including ActionAid, Oxfam, DIGNITY, Plan International, and Good Neighbors. I am a PMP-certified Program Manager, and today, through EvaluTrend, the consultancy I co-founded, I bring that same field-tested approach to private-sector and social-impact clients, pairing program design with measurement systems that show whether an intervention actually worked. Ofuq: A Leadership Framework Built From the Field
Ofuq did not start as a product. It started as a working answer to a gap I kept seeing in leadership development: programs that teach people how to lead before giving them the chance to understand themselves. Built from nine years of program delivery, Ofuq moves individuals, teams, and organizations from self-awareness to responsible action and leadership.

Where Organizations Bring Me In
Six areas of work, each grounded in a real organizational or human problem, not a generic capability list.
Organizational Development
For organizations asking whether their structure, culture, and systems can actually carry their strategy. Strengthening organizations from the inside out.
Program Design & Delivery
For organizations moving from a strategy document to something a team can actually execute, coordinate, and report on.
Leadership & Capability Development
For organizations asking whether their emerging leaders are ready for more complexity, built on the Ofuq framework and proven Training-of-Trainers delivery.
Learning & Capacity Building
For organizations whose training is not translating into sustained behavior change. Learning built around your actual context.
Youth Development & Engagement
For organizations building real opportunities for young people to participate, lead, and shape programs, not just attend them.
Facilitation, Research & Speaking
For organizations that need a strategic session facilitated, a program evaluated with real evidence, or a credible voice on leadership and the future of work.
Recent Programs

Ready for Tomorrow
A youth empowerment & employability program I managed in partnership between Liwan Youth Space & ActionAid. The program trained 6,800+ young people in life skills, supported the employment of 700+ participants, and delivered technical skills training to 2,000+ people.

Consortium Closing & Report
Facilitated the consortium's closing session and synthesized all project outcomes into the final consortium report. The consolidated findings were used by the consortium's partner organizations to shape recommendations for future joint programming.

Youth-Led Innovation Space
Global Platforms Morocco, a space built for youth-led innovation and community empowerment. The space hosted ongoing mentorship sessions, ideation labs, and community events that gave young Moroccans direct ownership of local innovation projects.
