Requesting a guide starts with a conversation with Sari to agree on how it will be used. This typically works in one of two ways: Sari delivers the guide directly to your organization and trains your team to embed it into daily practice, or he trains a designated trainer who then cascades the training to the rest of the team.

It focuses on how well-designed youth spaces build community: creating environments where young people gain ownership, develop civic skills, and drive local initiatives that strengthen their communities.
